Power couple joins Queensland Sotheby’s International Realty

Queensland Sotheby’s International Realty continues to add to its existing team of sales executives with the addition of Kelly Qualtrough and Sean Wallis, former franchise owners of Explore Property in Ashgrove.

The experienced and extremely successful duo are the latest top agents to join the company, following in the footsteps of Port Douglas’ Barbara Wolveridge and North Gold Coast’s Lisa Halpin.

“We are thrilled to have Kelly and Sean as part of our rapidly growing team, both of whom are committed to excellence and have values aligning superbly with the Queensland Sotheby’s International brand,” CEO Paul Arthur said.

“They are known throughout Brisbane’s north west for their professional and personalised approach to helping clients manage the transaction of their most prized possession. They are a welcome addition to our Paddington (Brisbane) team.”

In 2017, Ms Qualtrough and Mr Wallis were responsible for the transactions of more than 100 properties while also successfully operating a strong property management business.

“It was a difficult decision for us to close the doors on our own agency – we are dedicated to our clients and knew we had to align ourselves with people we respect and a brand that can help us make a difference,” Ms Qualtrough said.

“Sotheby’s International Realty’s 930 offices in 69 countries will greatly assist our clients in the marketing of their properties, allowing us to give the best service possible.”

The pair’s extensive rent roll is merging with that of Queensland Sotheby’s International Realty’s property management division, which is headed up by director Blake Farquhar.
