Melbourne real estate group Noel Jones has appointed one of the industry’s most recognised leaders, Ray Ellis, as Chairman of the Board.
Ray Ellis brings decades of senior leadership experience spanning Melbourne, national and international real estate markets, having held executive roles across some of Australasia’s most successful real estate organisations.
His credentials extend across franchise growth, team development, strategic planning, industry advocacy and media engagement. Ray Ellis has also served on the board of the Real Estate Institute of Australia (REIA).
The appointment comes at a pivotal moment for the industry, with agencies navigating accelerating change across technology adoption, shifting consumer expectations and a highly competitive landscape.
