LJ Hooker has expanded its network in the Southern Highlands, with the opening of LJ Hooker Bowral.
Experienced real estate specialist Sophie Desprez will head up the new office, which offers a full suite of real estate services across residential and rural properties including sales and property management.
With 18 years’ experience in the real estate industry, including five in the Southern Highlands, Ms Desprez decided LJ Hooker best suited her team’s customer-focused business aspirations.

The new Bowral office comes as the region attracts new demographics and enjoys strong rental growth.
