Million Dollar Listing LA stars Josh and Heather Altman are selling their Hollywood mansion for US$12 million.
According to The Dirt, the famous duo, best know for brokering million-dollar deals in Beverly Hills, are looking to nearly double their money on the property, having paid US$6.7 million for the home in 2018.
Described as an “East Coast Traditional” in listings, the 1938-built house is located in the exclusive Beverly Hills Flats section of town with the couple having undertaken some minor renovations since purchasing the property.
The 603sq m mansion includes six bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms, and features an executive office designed by the couple, with panelled walls and custom built-ins.
The foyer has checkerboard black-and-white marble flooring, flanked by a formal living room to the right and a formal dining room to the left.
The living room contains a wide range of artwork and patterned wallpaper along with a Ferrari fire extinguisher sitting on the marble fireplace mantel.
The formal dining room boasts white oak hardwood floors and mahogany wood panelling on the walls.
The couple renovated the kitchen, which now includes marble countertops, Viking appliances, Waterworks brass hardware and an island bench.
The master bedroom opens onto a balcony that overlooks the pristine backyard, while the master bathroom is surrounded by marble, double vanities, a steam shower and dual dressing rooms.
The backyard includes a poolside cabana, saltwater plunge pool, spa, and a petite guesthouse with a bedroom and bathroom, plus a full kitchen and laundry.
