McGrath Strathfield, the newest office to join McGrath Estate Agents in metro Sydney, opened its doors in grand style in February.
The luxury new office is prominently located at 44 The Boulevarde in Strathfield. Attending the evening was McGrath Chief Executive Officer, John McGrath and National Head of Franchise, Christopher Mourd.

Mr Sethi and Mr Murphy said they wanted to align their business alongside McGrath’s management and its agents.

The dynamic pair were both born and bred in Strathfield.
Mr Murphy gained a Bachelor of Business and Commerce with a major in Property.
He has worked in Strathfield’s real estate market for 14 years.
Mr Sethi holds the title of Strathfield’s highest selling agent.
He started his real estate career in 2015 following a lifelong dream.
Together, the pair share an average days on market tally of 30 against Strathfield’s median of 77
days.
Their auction clearance rate sits at an impressive 90 per cent.
Strathfield has a median house price of $3,655,000 – up 13.2 per cent in past year.
The median for units is $680,000.*
