Mario Tucci notches fifth consecutive Harcourts Titanium status

Mario Tucci has achieved Titanium status for the fifth consecutive financial year, becoming the first consultant in Australia to reach the benchmark in 2026–27.

Harcourts Titanium is reserved for the top two per cent of sales consultants and property managers across Australasia.

Mario, a Harcourts Rata & Co partner and sales specialist, has been named Victoria’s number one real estate agent in 2025 and 2026, and the Victorian and Australian number one auction lister for the past three years.

He put the achievement down to an approach built over more than 20 years in the industry.

“Achieving Titanium for the fifth consecutive year is a great validation of that approach,” Mario said.

“Building strong client relationships, following up consistently, refining my negotiation skills to suit each individual client, and being efficient and responsive all play a big part in achieving results. Ultimately, it’s about making sure clients feel confident in me, trust me to do a good job and know that their needs are being looked after.”

Mario said technology had changed the administrative side of the job but not the core of it.

“Technology has made many of the administrative tasks behind the scenes more streamlined, but the most important parts of real estate are still very much human,” he said.

“The phone calls, face-to-face meetings, negotiations and conversations with clients all take time, energy and a lot of mental effort. You can’t shortcut building trust or achieving the best possible outcome for someone.”

Harcourts Rata & Co executive director and auctioneer Tony Lombardi, who has worked closely with Mario for many years, pointed to his willingness to keep adapting.

“Mario has consistently embraced change and approached every challenge with determination and an open mind. What helps Mario isn’t simply his ability, but his relentless hunger to perform, improve and achieve more,” Tony said.

Fellow executive director and auctioneer Robert Ozzimo said Mario’s focus on long-term relationships had underpinned his results regardless of market conditions.

“He puts his effort into building longstanding relationships with clients who trust him implicitly. This enables him to become a client’s estate agent well before they need one,” Robert said.

Harcourts Victoria CEO Adam Fiteni said the five-year run reflected sustained commitment.

“Achieving Titanium for five consecutive financial years is an outstanding accomplishment. Mario’s success reflects not only his results, but the work ethic, client focus and commitment to continual improvement behind them. He sets a strong example for others across our Victorian network, and it’s great to see that sustained effort recognised,” Adam said.

Mario said his motivations had shifted over the course of his career, with family now central to what drives him.

“I want to keep improving, keep achieving and make the most of the opportunities I’ve created through this career, particularly for my family,” he said.
