LJ Hooker Foundation Partners with A Home for All

LJ Hooker Foundation has named A Home for All Foundation as its primary charity partner in a partnership running through to the end of 2028.

The agreement will focus on advocacy and community engagement, spanning fundraising campaigns, awareness and education initiatives, community activations, corporate and franchisee engagement, and volunteering opportunities.

Funds raised by LJ Hooker Foundation over the multi-year partnership will go to A Home for All.

A Home for All Foundation was established in 2025 and is led by the Australian property industry with backing from REA Group. Its aim is to drive awareness, raise funds and build long-term change for people experiencing homelessness and housing insecurity.

In its first year, the Foundation raised more than $1 million [figure to be confirmed] through its A Night Without Home campaign, with funds distributed to four charity partners [number to be confirmed] working at the intersection of homelessness and domestic violence.

LJ Hooker Foundation was founded in 2016 and is dedicated to advancing health, education and social welfare in communities across Australia and New Zealand, raising funds for disadvantaged community members through its network of more than 400 real estate offices.

Under the partnership, LJ Hooker Foundation will promote and drive engagement with A Home for All’s A Night Without Home campaign across its network, with the campaign set to return in October this year [date to be confirmed for consistency].

Elisa Nerone, REA Group’s Chief People & Sustainability Officer and an A Home for All Foundation Advisory Committee Member, said last year showed what was possible when the property industry came together.

“This partnership will help both foundations mobilise more people to take action and ultimately direct more support to people experiencing homelessness and housing insecurity,” Elisa said.

Simon Heathcote, Director of LJ Hooker Foundation and CFO of LJ Hooker Group, said the partnership would draw on the scale of the network.

“We’re looking forward to engaging our offices and franchisees through a collective goal, using the scale of our network to help grow awareness and participation, and to raise much needed funds,” Simon said.

The A Night Without Home campaign returns in October.
