Tayla Long has been appointed Business Operations Manager for Harcourts Tasmania, stepping into the role after building relationships across the state during her time with Harcourts Launceston.
In the new role, Tayla will work closely with Harcourts business owners and their teams, providing operational support, coaching and guidance to help offices grow and deliver service in their local communities.
Kiarni Hall, Head of Business Operations, said Tayla’s relationships and experience made her a natural fit.
“This is a really exciting opportunity to bring additional focus and leadership into our Tasmanian network,” Kiarni said.
“With strong relationships, deep Harcourts experience and a genuine passion for our people, I’m so excited to see Tayla step into the Tasmanian Business Operations Manager role and the value she will deliver to the state.”
Kate Littlejohn, Co-CEO of Harcourts Tasmania, said promoting from within was an important part of the network’s culture.

For Tayla, the move is a chance to give back to the network she credits with shaping her career.
