Lisa Zhang has sold a four-bedroom house in Tallawong, north-west Sydney, for $1.325 million via private treaty to young buyers who knew her from local open homes.

The buyers already knew her face
The four-bedroom, three-bathroom house offers 200 square metres of internal space on a 300-square-metre block. Lisa sold it by private treaty. Open homes drew the interest, an offer followed, and the vendors were happy to accept.
The buyers were not strangers to her. They told Lisa they had seen her at open homes around the area so often that she was already a familiar face. A friend had also recommended the neighbourhood to them.
They are a young couple starting out as a family. After the offer was accepted, they came back for a follow-up inspection ahead of settlement and took more photos.
For future sellers, it is a reminder that buyers notice who is working their area.
Three buyers still in the market
The sale may be complete, but Lisa’s work with prospective buyers is continuing.
Three buyers who missed out on the Tallawong property are still searching in the area, giving Lisa an opportunity to match them with future listings.
“Not everyone is going to secure the first property they fall in love with, but that doesn’t mean the conversation ends there,” Lisa said.
“I’ve encouraged these buyers to keep an eye on my upcoming open homes, and I’ll be staying in touch as new properties become available. If I can help them find the right home, that’s a great outcome for everyone.”

Tallawong is a newer, family-oriented suburb about 35km from the Sydney CBD, built around Tallawong Station on the Sydney Metro Northwest. Parks, playgrounds and Tallawong Public School sit close by, and Rouse Hill offers larger shopping and dining options nearby.
Publicly available suburb data puts recent house medians at about $1.24 million to $1.40 million.
