Knight Frank Australia’s Asset Management Services (AMS) team is expanding, with key new hires appointed to their senior team.
Ben Nicholson joins the Knight Frank Sydney team from Dexus to take on the position of director, which follows two strategic hires nationally. Kellie von Bergheim has been appointed as Partner, Head of Asset Management Services, Western Australia and Jeremy Robotham has joined the national team as Partner, Asset Management Services, Australia.
According to Knight Frank’s Partner, Head of Asset Management Services, Australia Linda Rudd, “We are experiencing a period of growth with key new senior hires into the business, and success with appointments across the national portfolio through both new and existing clients.
“We are very pleased to welcome on board Ben Nicholson, Kellie von Bergheim and Jeremy Robotham – all of whom bring with them experience and insights from their time spent owner-side. Previously, Kellie worked with Vicinity Centres, Centro Properties Group and Federation Centres in various retail management and marketing roles, and builds the capability of our national service offering with her extensive experience in retail.
“Jeremy brings over 20 years’ experience working in institutional-grade commercial and industrial real estate across Australia, and has worked for major national property businesses including The GPT Group, Centuria Capital and AMP Capital,” said Ms Rudd.
Knight Frank’s AMS client base has also recently expanded with management appointments of 23,000 square metres of A-grade office space at 66 Goulburn Street, Sydney and 52,000 square metres of office space across Sydney, which includes 111 Elizabeth Street and 66 Clarence Street. This is in addition to circa 150,000 sqm of gross lettable area (GLA) of retail space that Knight Frank’s AMS team has recently been appointed to manage nationally.
