Fresh from helping the New York Knicks secure their first NBA championship in 53 years, Josh Hart is making another big move, listing his luxury Florida estate complete with a resort-style pool, tropical gardens and a private putting green.
NBA star Josh Hart is looking to score a multimillion-dollar property deal, putting his sprawling Miami-area estate on the market for US$5.699 million (approximately A$8 million).
The New York Knicks guard and his wife, Shannon, purchased the newly built property in the exclusive Pinecrest neighbourhood for US$4.75 million in November 2022, meaning the latest asking price represents a potential US$949,000 gain before selling costs.
According to property records, the five-bedroom, five-bathroom residence sits within Coconut Palm Estates, an intimate enclave of just 10 home sites arranged around a single cul-de-sac.

Built in 2022, the home offers 5,728 square feet (approximately 532 square metres) of internal living space, with an expansive open-plan design that connects its generous living and dining areas.
The kitchen features designer appliances, a walk-in pantry and a breakfast nook, while the upstairs main bedroom provides a private retreat with its own balcony overlooking the tropical grounds.

Outside, the property has all the ingredients of a luxury holiday resort, including covered entertaining terraces, a swimming pool, an outdoor kitchen and a private putting green.
The grounds also feature an outdoor sound system added by the couple, while practical inclusions such as an upstairs laundry and whole-home generator provide additional convenience.
Set on approximately 1,444 square metres, the estate has a total covered area of around 694 square metres, according to Miami-Dade property records.
The property has previously been offered for sale, initially hitting the market for US$5.995 million in 2025 before the asking price was reduced to US$5.85 million. It was subsequently withdrawn during the northern hemisphere summer and has now returned with a lower price tag.

The couple reportedly spend most of their time in New York, with Josh’s increasingly demanding basketball commitments leaving less opportunity to enjoy the Florida residence.
The listing follows a milestone year for the 31-year-old basketball star, who helped the Knicks claim their first NBA championship since 1973.
Josh averaged 10.4 points per game during the playoffs, contributing to a championship run that ended one of the NBA’s longest title droughts.
The property is being marketed by Michael Martinez of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty.

Pinecrest, a leafy residential community south of central Miami, has attracted affluent buyers seeking larger properties and greater privacy while remaining within reach of the city’s major business and entertainment districts.
According to The American Developer, the area’s median sale price was approximately US$2.8 million during the first nine months of 2026, putting Josh’s asking price at more than double that figure.
