Jon Bon Jovi flips $20m mansion, buys $43m estate a few blocks away

After a four-decade career, 130 million album sales, and tours to over 34 million people worldwide, it’s safe to say that Jon Bon Jovi isn’t living on a prayer anymore.

He is also quite the house flipper. In one single day last week, he sold a Palm Beach pad he and his wife had renovated only a few months ago for US$19.85m, and snapped up an oceanfront estate just three kilometres down the road for US$43m. That’s an impressive upgrade.

You can now direct your fan-mail to 1075 N. Ocean Blvd, his new address, which sits to the right of the Kennedy compound.

Interestingly, the same broker handled both listings.

His new Mediterranean-style digs boasts seven bedrooms, 13,000 square footage, and was built in 2007. It last sold in 2014 for $23.24 million.

The listing described the property as featuring “limed pecky-cypress ceilings, hardwood floors and elaborate cast-stone moldings,” while “the living room, family room and library offers views of the ocean”.

Check out the property, below.
