The Big Bang Theory star Johnny Galecki is selling his Los Angeles home, which was previously owned by Jason Statham, Lou Diamond Phillips and Ben Stiller.
Galecki, who played Leonard Hofstadter on the sitcom, is looking to make a tidy profit on the sale, asking US$11.9 million, which is significantly more than the US$9.2 million he paid for it back in 2015.
According to The Dirt, if the actor gets his asking price for the property, it would be one of the highest sales in Outpost Estates – a celebrity-favoured neighbourhood in the eastern Hollywood Hills which is currently home to other famous names like Winona Ryder, Felicity Huffman, Russell Brand and Madelaine Petsch.
The two-parcel property spans more than half an acre with a 1920s two-storey Spanish-style home and a separate guesthouse with six bedrooms on 687sq m.
The home boasts a traditional clay tile roof, antique fixtures, restored terra-cotta tiles and even an original speakeasy pub.
Invisible from the street behind a tall, ivy-covered wall, the house offers a main level with a billiard room, an eat-in kitchen with premium appliances, a TV lounge and a state-of-the-art screening room with polished wood panelling and plush carpeting.
Upstairs are three bedrooms, the master with a panelled leather wall, fireplace and balcony, plus dual walk-in closets and an ensuite bathroom featuring marble tile.
The property has a gated driveway that leads to a detached two-car garage.
Outside, the entire compound is surrounded by colourfully tiled fountains, lush lawns, tropical foliage and shady patios.
In addition to a covered dining terrace, fireplace and built-in BBQ, thereโs also a mosaic-tiled swimming pool and spa.
Galecki himself has not occupied the property for some time and put it up for lease last year.
