Inside Real Housewives Diana Jenkins’ ultra-modern Beverly Hills mansion

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Diana Jenkins might own a Hidden Hills estate, but she is currently leasing a US$17.4 million Beverly Hills mansion as she shoots the latest season of the hit show.

According to The Dirt, Jenkins is leasing the property from tech entrepreneur George Ruan, the co-founder of online coupon-clipping app Honey, who purchased the mansion in September 2021.

At this stage, it’s unclear what Jenkins is paying to lease the property, but records indicate last time the property was leased it rented for US$125,000 per month.

The property boasts six bedrooms and 11 bathrooms — eight full baths and three powder rooms.

The open floor plan features a Boffi kitchen with state-of-the-art Gaggenau appliances, dual living rooms bisected with a marble fireplace, a movie theatre, floor-to-ceiling glass wine closet, a master retreat with its own fireplace, dual closets and a private terrace, a fitness centre and wet bar that wouldn’t look out of place in a five-star, ultra-boutique hotel.

Designed by contemporary architecture specialists Tag Front Architects, the compound-style property also includes a detached guesthouse above an eight-car garage.

The property takes up one-third of an acre and also includes a negative-edge swimming pool, front motor court, patios and a firepit.

The entire property is walled, gated and equipped with a high-tech security system.
