One of our Transformers asked a question in the group that I couldn’t leave alone.
“Is it possible to build an AI workflow that turns property photos and listing details into targeted social ads and regular posts? What tools would you recommend?”
So I tried it on a house I know very well – the home we sold in 2023 – and showed the result at our second live session.
The result of a one shot prompt, along with the step by step how are both in the video above.
51 photos went in. A 22-second reel came out, in two cuts – one with music, one with a voiceover.
The bit I wanted everyone to see was how little I typed.
Here’s the how-to, written out:
This was the first prompt, typos and all. I sent it with a screenshot of a post that had caught my eye.
see this instagram post? If I gave you some photos and you were to use elite agents brand guidelines could you create a re-usable skill to do this? I want sexy motion graphics like the experts use with 3D text and fast paced effects. They would be used on Insta, Tiktok and Youtube shorts. Use the Transform Branding. Use Seedance 2.5 and remotion for the shots. I want to hand you a bunch of photos and an address and I want you to just let her rip. Ask me questions if you like?
It’s just natural language. It says what I want, how it should look, which tools to use and where it’s going. Then it asks for questions.
Claude asked four questions before it built anything
What are these videos for? “Its a transform demo but I want to demonstrate agentic behaviour on a use case they will be able to benefit from and use. So pretend for a moment or 10 I am a real estate agent.”
How far should the AI go with the photos? Bold fly-throughs. (I like those little Luxe Listings teasers they used to send out.)
Where do the words on screen come from? Look up the listing.
What about sound? “lets try music and whooshes and a music plus voice over. I want to be able to choose”
Then three short messages
here is the path to the photos
(with a screenshot of the folder)
The address is [address]
Also use eleven labs for any music or voice if you like
That’s every word I typed. Four messages and four answers.
What it did on its own
I didn’t prompt any of this:
- Found the existing brand files. It read its notes, found the Transform video project and reused its colours, fonts and end card.
- Looked up the facts. 4 bed, 2 bath, 2 car, 808 m², pool. It found the home is off market, so it left out “for sale”.
- Got past a blocked folder. Google Drive wouldn’t download the photos, so it tried other ways, then pulled them through the Drive connector.
- Picked 8 of the 51 photos. One per space, each cropped to vertical around the subject.
- Tested one clip before buying eight. It made a single Seedance clip, checked the frames, then sent the other seven. (480 Higgsfield credits for the video clips, all up.)
- Made the sound and timed the cuts. Music, whooshes and a voiceover from ElevenLabs, cut to the beat.
- Checked its own work, then wrote the skill. It fixed type that ran off the edge and music that peaked too loud, and saved the steps so next time is one line.
It also wrote prompts I never saw – one for every shot. Here’s part of the one for the arch:
CAMERA Camera starts under the arch at chest height and flies forward at 9 km/h through the archway, passes over the loungers, drops to 40 cm above the water and skims across the pool toward the flamingo, ending with a gentle rise.
I’m not a film director. Turns out I don’t need to be.
Are they perfect?
No. But they got very close.
If I didn’t like something – say, a caption that just said “arches” – I’d tell Claude what I wanted instead (Palm Springs vibe, maybe). It changes it, and then I tell it to save that to the skill so it remembers next time.
Sometimes you just have to tell it to do something smart and let it figure it out. And the more you work with it, the easier it gets to hand things over.
Your turn
Pick one listing with good photos. Tell your AI what you want, where it’ll be posted and which tools it can use, then add “ask me any questions”. Answer them. See how far it gets before you need to step in.
