HGTV designer Leanne Ford lists Venice compound for $4.45M

The four-bedroom retreat marks the Fords' first property purchase after losing their Rustic Canyon home in the Palisades Fire.

Interior designer Leanne Ford and her husband, Buck Mason co-founder Erik Ford, have listed their Venice Beach property for US$4.45 million (AUD$6.3 million).

The couple purchased the 518 Sunset Avenue compound shortly after losing their historic Rustic Canyon bungalow in the Palisades Fire earlier this year.

Ford – known for her “white-on-white” aesthetic on HGTV’s *Restored by the Fords* – transformed the contemporary compound into a signature project, applying her design approach throughout the main residence and two-storey guest house.

The property features four bedrooms and five bathrooms across both buildings, connected by indoor-outdoor living spaces including a heated saltwater pool and spa.

The main residence opens to 14-foot ceilings with wide-plank engineered white oak floors. The kitchen includes Gaggenau appliances, Neolith countertops, Dornbracht fixtures and Flos pendant lighting.
