Mr Tran, who has successfully sold and represented more than 500 homes and in excess of $150 million dollars’ worth of real estate during his 18-year career, said the area they work in is very supportive of the new business.

“We really enjoy helping people get to their next destination in life,” Mr Tran said. “And we find that being known for really listening and acting on our clients’ wishes is what sets us apart. “

Mr Tran is both a licensee and active sales consultant, holding diplomas in real estate and property services, and his long-standing commitment and hard work have seen him receive numerous awards as well as achieve some of the highest prices recorded in Mirrabooka and surrounding suburbs.

Mr Dabag began his real estate career in 2010 after a successful stint in fashion retail. In his first year of real estate, he won a rookie sales award – the first of many awards that saw him recognised for achievements in volume of business written and achieve his status as the 2013 number one sales consultant.

After eight years of success, Mr Dabag decided to embark on his new adventure as one of the directors in Harcourts Initiative.

“The values we witnessed from the Harcourts WA state support team of loyalty, integrity and hard work align with our own values of how we operate our business,” Mr Dabag said.

“The company’s technology, tools and coaching for success are exemplary and were a real draw as John and I credit planning, goal setting and a lot of hard work as the key activities that have led to our success.”

The pair’s core team includes local sales consultant Terry Vo and head of property management Rebecca Barnes. They will also be bringing on new team members in the near future to extent their services.

Harcourts WA state CEO Paul Blakeley praised the duo for their initiative.

“Partnering with John and Alex in this part of Perth will help Harcourts continue to expand our market share in WA,” Mr Blakeley said.

“With the addition of Harcourts Initiative, this takes our total office numbers to 24, with further expansion expected in the coming months.”
