Harcourts welcomes Harcourts Glenfield & Austral to its NSW network, led by directors Babu Pokhrel, Ish Khanal and Min Bhusal.

Harcourts has welcomed a new office to its New South Wales network, with the Glenfield-based agency now trading as Harcourts Glenfield & Austral.

The business is led by Director and Licensee Babu Pokhrel, alongside fellow directors Ish Khanal and Min Bhusal.

Babu said the move reflected years of work building trust with clients.

“This rebrand is the result of years of hard work, dedication and, most importantly, the trust our clients have placed in us,” he said.

“We’ve built our business by consistently striving to exceed expectations, and partnering with Harcourts gives us the platform, innovation and international reach to continue delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients while remaining true to the values that have brought us this far.”

Ish and Min said the change represented more than a name on the door.

“This is more than a new name, it’s a new chapter,” they said.

“Harcourts shares our commitment to quality, care and pride in everything we do. Those values have always been at the heart of our business, and we’re excited to continue building something special for our clients, our people and our community.”

The agency services Glenfield, Austral and the surrounding Southwestern Sydney communities, an area experiencing continued infrastructure investment, population growth and new housing development.

Harcourts NSW CEO Andrew McCulloch said the business was a strong fit for the network.

“Babu, Min, Ish and their entire team have built a business founded on professionalism, trust and genuine client care,” he said.

“Their reputation within Southwestern Sydney speaks for itself, and we’re delighted to welcome Harcourts Glenfield & Austral to our growing NSW network.”

Andrew said the region remained one of the state’s most exciting growth markets, and having experienced local operators representing the brand there was a positive outcome for both the business and the communities it serves.

The directors said joining Harcourts would give clients access to additional systems, technology, training and marketing support, while keeping the focus on relationships.

“We’ve always believed that success comes from putting people first,” they said.

“Joining Harcourts strengthens our ability to do exactly that. We remain committed to delivering exceptional service while helping our clients achieve their property goals with confidence.”
