Sydney-based firm Diva Works has recently won the Gold Award for Sales Growth at the 11th annual Stevie Awards for sales and customer service held at the Caesars Palace Las Vegas in Nevada last month.

The Stevie Awards received over 2,300 entrants from organisations in virtually every industry around the world and were judged by more than 77 judges.

Diva Works founder and director Fiona Jefferies’ said the company grew as much as 200 percent growth in the last two years.

From a revenue increase of $1.5 million recorded in 2014/15 to $3.1 million in 2016/17, the company has gone through a rapid growth period due to some savvy business strategy. This result was robust in comparison to the 2013/14 turnover of $326,000.

The all-female team, led by Jefferies’ core business is providing 3D marketing services to Australian owned property developers such as LendLease, Stockland, Mirvac, Cedar Woods.

“My team and I worked hard to create a carefully crafted and unique ‘shock and awe’ packs for potential clients. This has been an absolute game-changer to the growth of the company,” Jefferies said.

“For an investment of approximately $80 to put together the “shock and awe” pack, we had four out of five warm leads come back, and have generated approximately $3.5 million worth of work over two years!”

Besides sales growth, Jefferies has also grown her team by employment to 13 women in a field which is normally dominated by men.
