Model and actress Emily Ratajkowski has put her renovated Echo Park compound on the market, with a modest US$2.195 million asking price.
According to The Dirt, the iCarly star paid US$2 million four years ago for the artsy LA abode that sits within the Elysian Heights section of Echo Park.
Originally built in 1946, the property includes a two-bedroom, two-bath main house and a separate cottage studio with a third bathroom and a large room that could be an office, gym, recording studio or another bedroom.
In total there are nearly 185sq m of living space sitting on 625sq m of land.
In the main living area, there’s a two-storey brick fireplace while the primary suite includes tall windows that drink in the lush landscaping.
The secondary bedroom is equally spacious, with doors that open onto a balcony connecting the main house and the studio.
In the yard, there’s a collection of leafy shrubs, stubby cacti and potted plants, along with a wooden jacuzzi and built-in firepit, nestled among the dense trees.
