Following the rapid success of their two existing Century 21 offices, experienced directors, Evan Wei and Jimmy Luo have opened a third office in the Inner Western Sydney suburb of Strathfield.
The launch of the new office comes off the back of solid success in their Lane Cove and Zetland locations.
Within two years of opening their initial office in Lane Cove, the sales team grew from two to 10 with each agent quickly achieving strong sales within the areas they operated.
The pair also grew their property management portfolio from less than 100 properties to more than 900.
The new Strathfield office will employ 29 experienced sales associates and property managers who aim to deliver exceptional customer service to clients across the thriving region.
Selling principal and licensee-in-charge, Mr Wei, said he attributed the professionalism of his employees along with the ongoing satisfaction of clients as key reasons for their success.
“Our strategic approach provides the framework for achieving exceptional results for our clients and enables us to support them as they transition to their new homes,” Mr Wei said.
Mr Luo emphasised personalised service as another important contributing factor.
“In the past three years we have tried our best to provide each customer, whether that’s a vendor or a landlord, with tailored service,” he said.
“We never over promise and always keep our word and as a result, our clients continue to refer their friends to us.”
The principals said their new office would leverage the tools and platforms provided by Century 21 which includes their proprietary business management platform, and raft of training such as external coaching programs and the C21 ‘Recharge’ podcast.
“We considered a number of brands and believed Century 21 to be the one best suited to us,” Mr Luo said.
“We pride ourselves on providing different strategies for different properties – it’s not a one-size-fits-all approach.
As a result, we continue to achieve and hold many sales records in several regions.”
“And for most of the investment properties in Sydney Metro that we are managing, the rent is 5-10 per cent higher than what is being achieved by other local agents.”
