Di Jones Appoints Customer Service Specialist

Patrick Distapan to fulfil the newly created specialist role.

Di Jones Real Estate has appointed Patrick Distapan to the newly created role of Customer Relationship Manager.

Di Jones CEO Rob Ward said the role was an important step in ensuring that clientโ€™s needs across all aspects of the business, including buying and leasing, are being met.

โ€œPatrick will take the time to discover each clientโ€™s specific situation and will work closely with them to ensure their needs are met,โ€ Mr Ward said.

โ€œAt Di Jones, customer service is a top priority and we recognise that all too often in this industry unsuccessful buyers and renters are left out in the cold.

โ€œPatrickโ€™s attention to detail and focus on processes, coupled with his organised nature and advanced time management skills, means clients will feel they are in the best possible hands,โ€ Mr Ward said.

Prior to joining Di Jones, Patrick has had a number of roles across the property industry and was most recently a Client Account Manager at Portfolio Solutions. He will report directly to Di Jones CEO Rob Ward.

Including the flagship Woollahra office, which services the Eastern Suburbs and Inner West markets, the Di Jones network now includes offices in Wahroonga on Sydneyโ€™s North Shore, Beecroft and Thornleigh in the Northern Suburbs and Bowral in the Southern Highlands.

The Di Jones brand is celebrating 25 years in 2017 and recently took out the REINSW Award for Excellence for Real Estate Agency โ€“ Large.
