The REIWA Council has elected Damian Collins as the Instituteโs new President.
Following Hayden Grovesโ announcement last week he would be finishing his term as President, the
2018-19 REIWA Council met on Thursday 4 October and elected Mr Collins to the Instituteโs top position.
Mr Collins has served on the REIWA Council since 2011 and as Deputy President since 2015.ย He brings to the Institute a wealth of real estate knowledge, having been in the industry for 25 years. Mrย Collins is the founder and Managing Director of Momentum Wealth, a Perth-based property investmentย consultancy, and Chairman of commercial property funds management business Mair Property Funds.
Mr Collins has completed a Bachelor of Business at RMIT University in Melbourne and a Graduate
Diploma in Property at Curtin University in Perth, Western Australia. He is also a member of the Instituteย of Chartered Accountants in Australia and the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.

Mr Collins will be assisted in his role by Lisa Joyce from Joyce Property Investments, who was electedย Deputy President.
