Inner West agency Cobden & Hayson has announced an amalgamation with Richardson & Wrench Leichhardt under the company’s Annandale banner.
The Sulfaro family has run the successful Richardson & Wrench business for more than 30 years and has built an incredibly strong reputation based on old school values, hard work and dedication to their craft.
Cobden & Hayson is thrilled that the younger generation of Santos and Frank Sulfaro will join their Annandale team, primarily with a sales focus while maintaining a vision for their well-established rent roll.
Cobden & Hayson also welcomes six additional staff who will move across to maintain this substantial rental portfolio.
Richardson & Wrench Director Santos Sulfaro said he could not be prouder of what his father Joseph Sulfaro had built over the past 30 years.

While the R&W branding has already updates, the team will slowly move over to the C&H Annandale office over the next month.
With this strategic joining of forces C&H will represent more than 3000 managements across the Inner West.
