Celly Jeal to lead First National Tin Can Bay

Experienced real estate principal Celly Jeal has joined First National Real Estate and will lead the network’s new Tin Can Bay office in Queensland.

The team will also include Anthea Murray as senior property manager.

Ms Jeal said the move to First National had reinvigorated her passion for the industry.

“I am like a kid in a candy store, it’s amazing to be with First National,” Ms Jeal said.

“I feel like I’ve just got a whole new lease on life and fallen in love with real estate again.”

Ms Jeal said the support First National had offered her had been a game-changer.

“Even before I joined them, the hierarchy there were right behind me and they were willing to help me before they even knew I was going to come over and that meant a lot to me,” she said.

“It just showed that they’re decent human beings.

“They weren’t just out to help me because I was coming over, they took a genuine interest in me and my business and that was a huge deciding factor to go over to them.”

Ms Jeal said the level of support First National had delivered also allowed her to look at various ways she could grow the business, which encompasses sales and property management.

“We have a whole new outlook on where we can go and where we want to go,” she said.

Ms Jeal said that with First National, when she needed something done, she could email the team and it would be instantly taken care of.

She said the team, the software and the systems the network used were “next level” and they had already made a huge difference to how she operates, as well as to the client journey.

“It just makes our experience so much better, but it also makes the vendors’, landlords’, and tenants’ experience easier and better too,” Ms Jeal said.

First National Real Estate’s Head of Growth for Australia and New Zealand, Matthew Harvey said they were really excited to have Ms Jeal join the network.

“Celly’s remarkable journey in the industry, combined with her strong passion for all aspects of real estate, makes her a valuable addition to our network,” Mr Harvey said.

“She approaches every challenge with a positive attitude, and her philosophy that nothing is too much trouble resonates with our ‘we put you first’ values at First National.

“Celly and Anthea’s combined expertise and dedication to community engagement will undoubtedly enhance the real estate landscape in the Cooloola Coast region.”
