Cara Schwartz has joined Harcourts Pinnacle as a residential sales agent, returning to the Harcourts network after building her own career and client base as an independent agent.
Cara began her real estate career with Harcourts, describing herself as a “fresh, wide-eyed recruit” who learned from some of the industry’s best before finding her own path, building a team and developing what she calls a strong passion for the business.
One of the defining moments of that early career came in 2023, when Cara was named Queensland’s Rising Star of the Year by the REIQ.
“The award I’m most particularly proud of is the very first one I achieved,” Cara said.
“In 2023, the REIQ named me Queensland’s Rising Star of the Year. I’ll never forget how special it was, or how it accelerated my career by giving me the confidence that real estate is where I belong.”
Cara’s move to Harcourts Pinnacle follows a long relationship with managing director Johnny Linn, built on a shared commitment to team culture.
“From the moment I became an independent agent, Johnny and I were aligned in building a team that genuinely boosts and supports one another,” Cara said.
“After years of catch-ups and getting an insight into how Harcourts Pinnacle operates, and understanding the knowledge, experience, culture and shared goals, the decision to change brands was easy.”
Jonathan King, Chief Growth Officer at Harcourts Pinnacle, said attracting agents of Cara’s calibre was central to the agency’s expansion.

For Cara, the move marks the start of a new chapter with a team and culture she already knows well.
