Brisbane agent ranked 9th commercial agent globally

An impressive 30 entries from Australia and New Zealand have made real estate giant RE/MAX’s Global Top 100 lists for the 2019 first quarter, with one Aussie agent ranking in the top 10.

Brisbane-based commercial real estate specialist, Deepen Khagram came in at ninth spot in the Global Top 100 Commercial Agents list.

Mr Khagram specialises in services stations and retail developments, but he has diverse and well-honed marketing and negotiation skills in commercial sales and leasing, and business sales.

He has successfully listed and sold properties across a broad range of assets including pharmacy businesses, shopping centres, finance lenders, fast food outlets and childcare centres.

Mr Khagram said he was proud to be named in such an elite group of high-achieving real estate specialists.

“I have been fortunate to market and sell a number of exceptional properties,” he said.

Managing Director of RE/MAX Australia and RE/MAX New Zealand Michael Davoren said the global lists included all agents outside of the United States and Canada, which was “somewhere in the vicinity of 36,500 agents”.

“Deepen is a commercial property specialist with an impressive track record,” Mr Davoren said.

He said RE/MAX is recognised as one of the leading real estate franchise companies with the most productive sales force in the industry and a global reach in more than 110 countries and territories.

“Our agents have been recognised as outstanding performers in a network that continues to be a leader in market share, agent productivity and international expansion.”
