Bob Dylan lists Scottish mansion for over US$3.5 million

Renowned American songwriter, Bob Dylan, famed for classics such as Blowin’ in the Wind and The Times They Are A-Changin’, has placed his historic Aultmore House in Nethy Bridge, Cairngorm National Park, Scotland, on the market.

The property, which Dylan has owned for 17 years, is accepting offers at more than US$3.9 million.

The decision to sell came after Dylan’s inability to visit since the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic, according to TopTenRealEstateDeals.

The Edwardian Country manor, completed in 1914, spans 1704sq m and underwent significant renovations in 2007/8.

Modernisations included updates to wiring, heating, and water systems.

The interior boasts 16 bedrooms, all offering enchanting garden views, and 11 bathrooms.
