Belle Property continues expansion in the Hunter region

Two existing offices in the Hunter region – Charlestown and Hunter Valley – have announced a rebrand to join Belle Property from 16 July 2018, strengthening the brand’s presence in a market that is seeing significant growth.

Principal Anthony Di Nardo says the switch is to give his clients a personalised and tailored approach, with the backing of a full suite of real estate services.

Charlestown and Hunter Valley are well-established businesses, with Matthew McBrearty, Peter Kunov and Larissa Bridge leading the teams.

Peter Hanscomb, CEO of Belle Property said the opening of Charlestown and Hunter Valley offices was as much about the people as it was about the location.

“The Newcastle and Hunter Valley region is going through a huge transformation – the growth in the market and the amount of investment that is coming into the area is staggering. Charlestown and the Hunter Valley has become an important location for Belle Property.

“Anthony Di Nardo and his teams at Charlestown and the Hunter Valley are incredibly talented and we knew he was the right person to lead Belle Property into this area. We are very excited about our future with them,” he said.

Although young professionals have long been drawn to the Hunter region for the world-class John Hunter Hospital and the University of Newcastle, the region has become increasingly popular for Sydneysiders looking for a more affordable lifestyle, yet still within reach of Sydney, beaches and vineyards.

“This is a fantastic opportunity as we are now operating in a wider area, spanning from Lake Macquarie to the Hunter Valley region. This truly allows us to service the market more effectively,” said Mr Di Nardo.
