Belle Property Commercial Launches on the Northern Beaches

Belle Property is expanding their footprint on Sydney’s Northern Beaches with the opening of Belle Property Commercial Northern Beaches. This is the fourth commercial office to open since launching in September 2017.

Belle Property has seven offices located throughout the Northern Beaches region – Manly, Dee Why, Seaforth, Mona Vale, Avalon, Terrey Hills and Frenchs Forest.

Belle Property Commercial Northern Beaches will be led by Steve Thomas (Director of Belle Property Manly) and Brendan Pomponio (Director of Belle Property Dee Why) alongside James Willing, Director – Investment Sales & Leasing.

Mr Willing has an extensive background in Commercial and Industrial property and has been very active in Sydney Metropolitan investment sales market over the past decade.

The team will also include by Northern Beaches locals and established real estate agents, Aaron and Skye Raco, specialising in Development Site.

Michael Hanscomb, Belle Property Commercial’s National Head of Commercial said, “The Northern Beaches is an incredibly strategic region for Sydney’s growth and for the Belle Property Group.”

“Offering our boutique approach to the Northern Beaches commercial market is something we are extremely passionate about,” said Mr Thomas.

“With so many of our existing clients having quality commercial portfolios, this was a natural extension of our business.”

“We see this as an opportunity to bring a fresh approach to commercial by creating a culture and synergy between our residential and commercial arm,” said Mr Pomponio.

Mr Willing said that the Northern Beaches office will be at the forefront of the significant development activity.

“The Northern Beaches is an increasingly popular investment proposition, especially with plans for the Western Harbour Tunnel and Beaches Link moving ahead. The Northern Beaches Hospital Precinct is fuelling commercial growth in Frenchs Forest and Brookvale, resulting in an additional 50,000m2 of floorspace and 6,500 jobs in these precincts alone.”

“The proposed revitalisation of the Corso in Manly and the recent addition of well-known brands, including Fratelli Fresh, Sake and Betty’s Burgers, only strengthens the area’s already strong retail resume, resulting in more interest from high-end brands as they follow suit. A ground swell of activity is already underway, you can feel it, and it’s extremely exciting to be at the forefront in this market in which I both live and work.”
