Adam Day is the International Expansion Leader for eXp Realty, overseeing operations and growth across the UK, Europe and India. He spearheaded eXp’s UK launch in 2019, helping it become the largest estate agency brand in the country within five years—achieved organically and without traditional marketing spend. A pioneer of online estate agency in the UK, Adam founded Hatched.co.uk in 2006 and led it to become the first online agency acquired by a major high street group, Connells, in a deal described as 'industry defining'. With deep experience in strategy, marketing, recruitment, and tech, Adam also served as COO of easyProperty, leading its shift to a B2B2C model and expanding its reach to over 150 licensees across 400 territories.
