Georgie Haug takes reins at Belle Property Samford

Georgie Haug has taken over Belle Property Samford, with the long-time local agent stepping into the lead role as the business moves into a new office.

Georgie has more than 20 years’ experience selling across Samford and its surrounding areas. She has built her business on strong relationships, deep local knowledge and a reputation for outstanding results, and has been recognised as Belle Property’s number one sales agent nationally for GCI for three consecutive years, according to the network.

“Samford is a very special place and I’m incredibly proud of the relationships we’ve built here,” Georgie said.

“The new office is an exciting next step for the business and gives us a great space to continue doing what we do best, while bringing new energy and ideas to the way we work. I’m looking forward to continuing to deliver the outstanding results our clients know us for.”

Belle Property Queensland Head of State David Holmes said Georgie’s standing in the local community made the move a natural progression for the business.

“Georgie has an exceptional understanding of the Samford market and a genuine connection with the local community,” David said.

“Her results speak for themselves, but it is her relationships and commitment to her clients that have made her such a respected agent in the region.

“The new office provides an exciting platform for Georgie to build on that success, supported by the strength and resources of the Belle Property network.”

The Samford Valley continues to attract buyers looking for more space, fresh air and a lifestyle connected to the outdoors while remaining within easy reach of Brisbane.

Young families are drawn to the area for its schools and acreage, while older buyers are increasingly looking to transition from larger rural properties while retaining the land and space they value.

Belle Property Samford is now open at 2/39 Main St, Samford Village, just around the corner from its previous site.
