Atlas by LJ Hooker has announced two new partners who will further lead the development and growth of the platform
The announcement:
Two high-performance agents have been named partners of Atlas by LJ Hooker, a company that services some of Australiaโs most prestigous marketplaces.
Sales agents Mark Diamond and Stephanie Hearne were promoted to partner following endorsement by the LJ Hooker Group’s Board of Directors.
Christine Mikhael, Chief Performance Officer of the LJ Hooker Group, said the appointment to partner recognises Mr Diamond and Ms Hearne’s performance and their role in the development of Atlas.
“This is our way of showing our appreciation to their contributions to Atlas. From the communities they serve to everyone they work with; their clients, colleagues, and suppliers.โ
To be eligible for a partner title at Atlas, agents must meet key performance and cultural criteria:
- Generate over $1 million in revenue per annum
- Contribute to the development of their officeโs culture
- Mentor fellow agent/s to create a high-performance environment
- Introduce new agents to the Atlas network
- Be an Atlas ambassador in the industry and their community.
“The appointment to partner for Mark and Stephanie has inspired other Atlas sales agents to strive for this career milestone,” Ms Mikhael said.
“They have been, and will continue to be, instrumental in shaping Atlas’ growth, as we continue to build new iterations of our platform and transform the real estate experience for our agents and consumers.”
Ms Hearne of Atlas Upper North Shore credited the brand’s success to its clear focus on support and the agent experience.
“Being named a partner is testament to this,” she said.
“It’s great to be recognised in the company as someone who works hard and gives back in equal measure.
“Atlas has been instrumental in my success.
โI’m backed by industry-leading technology and marketing, meaning my time is spent with my clients, not behind a desk.
“Atlas is growing at a strong and sustained rate, and I look forward to helping build a bigger and stronger team that generates work-winning opportunities for many years to come.”
Mr Diamond of Atlas Brisbane said he was overwhelmed by the support Atlas has given him.
“When I joined, Atlas set ambitious goals for me, and they had great faith in me to achieve them,” he said.
“In less than two years I had more than doubled my business.
“This was because they were able to reduce my daily workload by introducing additional admin support at different steps of the sale process, which I lacked before.
โAs a result, I have more time to service my clients or, gratefully, spend with my family.
“Atlas is a remarkable brand with a fantastic support network. I am honoured to work with such amazing people every day.”
Mr Diamond and Ms Hearne join founding partners Michael Coombs and Adrian Bridges of Atlas Lower North Shore, and partner Ben Mulae of Atlas Northern Districts.
