Andrew Ramsey has made the decision to close his independent agency Black Label Property and join The Agency Gold Coast.
Mr Ramsey has sold over $100 million in residential property in the last decade, and has a background in elite sports management.
“I am thrilled that Andrew Ramsey has accepted our invitation to join The Agency,” said The Agency Gold Coast property partner John Natoli.
“I first met Andrew when I introduced a client to one of his prestige apartment listings. Prior to real estate Mr Ramsey worked in the professional golf industry for 17 years, and his father, Tom Ramsey, was a world-renowned golf writer. In addition to managing marketing for the Australasian PGA tour, Mr Ramsey ran ASR Management based in the UK.
Throughout his elite sports management career he attended over 50 majors and managed a high-profile stable of professional golfers, including 2005 US Open Champion Michael Campbell (NZ) for 10 years, left-handed Australian golfer Nick O’Hern who rose to number 13 in the world and Australian golfer Peter Lonard.
Mr Ramsey brings the same level of dedication, attention to detail and customer service to his real estate practice.

Having worked in Sydney’s Palm Beach market, Mr Ramsey then re-located to the Gold Coast where he established Black Label Property. This re-location created a strong connection between Mr Ramsey’s Sydney and Gold Coast clients.
“After four strong years running and growing my own business, I saw the opportunity available to me by joining The Agency network,” Mr Ramsey said.
“The potential for further growth and ability to maximise my clients’ exposure throughout an established network, especially in Sydney and Melbourne, all without the pressures of running an office and the associated business administration is why I made the switch.”
