Step into the buyer’s shoes
A buyer at 9pm has two sets of questions. The first set is about the property. How big is the land? Which way does the living room face? What are the outgoings? When can I inspect it?
The second set is about the company. Who is the agent? How long has the agency sold here? What is the fee? How do you handle offers?
