AD Group expand into NSW and ACT

Property technology business AD Group has soared to new heights this month by taking its latest innovation, HouseandLandDevelopments.com.au into the NSW and ACT markets.

The company’s latest offering is billed as a cost-effective marketing tool for the booming land market as property prices drive buyers to the outer suburbs.

According to co-founderย Jordan Catalano, this step was a natural progression having found what they believe is a formula that works in Victoria.ย  They have also appointed Domain Alumni Scott Rudgley who they say was one of Domain’s best strategic minds, leading Domain through ‘it’s golden times.’

“With Scottโ€™s unsurpassed knowledge and relationships in the market, we are extremely confident in our offering in the Northern states,โ€ said Catalano.

As AD Group’s newest recruit, Rudgley is also optimistic about what the future has in store for the company and believes that with a soft market brings enormous opportunity for our specialist platforms.

โ€œItโ€™s easy to drive cheap leads through social, however, our platforms have been built to drive quality and most importantly contactable leads which have already seen sales for our new clients in January,โ€ Rudgley said.

Equally as optimistic, Catalano’s fellow co-founder Tom Hywood noted there would be great opportunity among first home-buyers and downsizers.

“2019 will bring opportunity for first home buyers which – we are seeing slowly re-enter the property market.

“Weโ€™re seeing a flight to quality with smaller, boutique developments to suit the downsizing of owner-occupiers,โ€ Hywood added.

Hywood also noted that in contrast, the ACT market was in demand, making it the perfect time for AD Group to expand their product.
