ActivePipe, a company that specialises in automated communications for real estate has been recognised as an ABA 100 Winner in the Technology Innovation, Marketing Innovation and Software Innovation categories of the Australian Business Awards 2017.

Melbourne-based technology start-up ActivePipe has been recognised as an ABA 100 Winner in the Technology Innovation, Marketing Innovation and Software Innovation categories of the Australian Business Awards 2017.

ActivePipe specialises in automated communications for real estate and has created technology to improve the way real estate agents communicate with their customers.

Now in their fifth year, The Australian Business Awards recognise organisations that excel in business innovation, product innovation and technological achievement.

According to CEO Ashley Farrugia, from the offset ActivePipe has been committed to providing innovative solutions for its customers.

“In just three years, we have gone from helping one real estate agent to helping thousands across Australia and New Zealand,” he said.

“The swift uptake of our product proves the demand for marketing automation and data discovery in the real estate industry.”

Since launching in 2015, ActivePipe has increased service standards with automated communication journeys delivered on a real estate agent’s behalf. With this technology, real estate agents are able to nurture contacts with relevant and timely information at each stage of the property journey.

The predictive algorithms developed by ActivePipe creative dynamic call lists, helping real estate agents sift through thousands of contacts in their database and identify immediate pipeline opportunities within it. ActivePipe says this has lead to an increase in appraisals, listings and long term customer relationships, and as a result, has been mandated by some of the country’s biggest real estate networks.

“Today,  companies are facing a competitive and continuously changing business landscape,” Australian Business Awards Program Director, Tara Johnston, said.

“In this context, the performance of companies depends more than ever on their flexibility, adaptability and responsiveness. New technological possibilities have the potential to transform the way companies operate within their respective industries with long-term efficiency, productivity and customer loyalty benefits.”

Real estate has always been 10 years behind in the tech space. ActivePipe is the first fully automated content and audience solution, helping real estate inspire E-commerce rather than the other way around” says ActivePipe Chief Technology Officer Michael Messig.

“We are solving problems people don’t know they have yet, we are giving them abilities they weren’t aware they needed.”
