A whole new world: stunning Disney-themed mansion listed for $19 million

A jaw-dropping Disney themed mansion in the exclusive Walt Disney World Resort community in Orlando, Florida, has hit the market for US$19 million.

The exclusive property, one of only 30 Four Seasons residences in Golden Oak, features two of the bedrooms featuring incredible Disney-themed interiors.

One bedroom is based on the smash hit movie Frozen, with life-size statues of the main characters, Anna and Elsa, set against the backdrop of a wintery mural and featuring a grand canopied bed that appears to be dripping with icicles.

The winter wonderland theme is also carried through to the ensuite.

The other bedroom is just as eye-catching, with its lifesize statue of Bruce the shark, from the Finding Nemo film, popping out from an ocean-themed mural on the wall.

That bedroom also features Hank, the octopus from Finding Dory, wrapping his tentacles around the wooden pillars of a tall loft bed.

But the Disney magic doesn’t end there, with the 875sq m mansion also featuring a theatre designed as a hommage to Star Wars, including automatic doors that open with the whooshing sound you’d expect from a spaceship, lightsaber background noises and a beeping R2-D2.

According to Mansion Global, the property is being sold by Hilda Maria Bacardi, the great-great granddaughter of Facundo Bacardi Masso, who founded Bacardi liquor in 1862.

Listed by Coldwell Banker, the listing description says, “There is no other resort-style community in the world like this one, and no home within the community is as prolific and desirable.

“The Bonavento by Stonebridge Homes, Inc. is a stately Italianate estate home used as the model home for the 30 exclusive Four Seasons Private Residences with standout features and touches at every turn for effortless indoor-outdoor living, entertainment and memory-making.”

The home includes seven bedrooms, seven full bathrooms, three powder rooms, two primary suites, a summer kitchen, an over-the-top bar and entertainment room, a stunning pool, multiple terraces, an elevator, a golf cart garage and a three-car garage.

Residents of Golden Oak have access to the exclusive Summerhouse Club, which offers a restaurant, full bar, coffee bar, courtyards, club pool, fitness facilities, and a family room—a perfect place to gather and relax.

Moreover, residents can enjoy Club Life, granting them access to the Golden Oak Member Services team, theme park transportation, exclusive club events, Extra Magic Hours, and more.
