During the evening, FN Cleveland was announced winner of QLD Sales Office of the Year and FN Townsville (Aitkenvale), was announced QLD Property Management Office of the Year.
Topping the individual awards was Julie Neilsen-Thompson of FN Townsville who took home QLD Property Manager of the Year; Kristy Surman of FN 360 Mackay who won QLD Business Development Manager of the Year, and Ryan McCann of FN Cleveland who achieved QLD Salesperson of the Year.
Queensland State Chair, Kelly Isaacs, was delighted to announce First National’s Queensland award winners. She said, ‘These awards recognise achievement in a year that tested the depth of skill across our profession,’
‘In 2025, salespeople worked in an environment defined by a persistent shortage of listings, where success depended on relationships, prospecting discipline and local reputation rather than market momentum. At the same time, property managers carried the growing weight of legislative change, balancing compliance obligations with the daily care of landlords and tenants.
‘To every winner and finalist, congratulations. Your performance this year reflects professionalism, resilience and a genuine commitment to serving your communities under demanding conditions. Thank you for your dedication.’
