The private treaty sale at 19 Twin Creek Court exceeded the suburb’s $845,000 median for four-bedroom homes, delivering a result that thrilled vendors who had owned the two-bathroom, two-car-space property since it was built.

“The owners said the sale was made very easy for them and exceeded their expectations,” Mel Butcher said.

“They’ve been over the moon and very excited as they’ve had this house from new and now they’re moving to a retirement village.”
