Valentina Parra: Ray White Vic/Tas Appoints New COO

Ray White Victoria & Tasmania has appointed Valentina Parra to the newly created role of Chief Operating Officer, recognising almost two decades of work across the group.

The role will see Valentina execute the group’s strategic ambitions and oversee the day-to-day running of the corporate team, freeing CEO Domenic Belfiore to focus on network growth.

“What sets Valentina and her journey apart is her phenomenal work ethic,” Domenic said.

“She’s super ambitious, always keen to learn and a total doer. I have really enjoyed working with her over the last 7 years. She just gets the job done.”

In the new role, Valentina will be responsible for setting and executing OKRs across growth and market share, with an ambition to be best in market, while ensuring the business leads on compliance and delivers what the group describes as a best-in-class customer experience.

“It’s not just about being the biggest,” Valentina said. “I want us to be the leading network in compliance, in luxury, and in every part of the experience we give our customers.”

Valentina’s path to the C-suite began at 18, as a corporate assistant on reception in Queensland, before she worked across finance, marketing, events and IT. She is also an auctioneer in her own right.

She went on to work in marketing and advertising and at Loan Market, before returning to Ray White and moving into sales, reaching Alan White Premier status, and more recently, auctioneering.

Valentina said the appointment reflected the culture that has kept her at Ray White for close to two decades.

“My team, we support each other so much. We work together with every intention to grow and be the best in the market,” she said.

“I want us to lead in compliance and always do all of the things right for our customers so they have the best experience with Ray White.”
