Tommy Hilfiger relists Palm Beach mansion he purchased in January

In what might be one of the fastest flips in real estate history, fashion designer Tommy Hilfiger has listed a Florida mansion less than two-and-a-half weeks after he settled on it.

According to Mansion Global, Mr Hilfiger wants US$11 million more than the US$36.85 he paid in January.

The 675sq m home features five bedrooms, six-and-a-half bathrooms and occupies an oceanfront block.

The 1927-built property features custom wrought-iron doors, a decorative staircase, a wood-paneled living room with oversized arched windows, a sitting room with an octagon coffered ceiling with turquoise detailing and a third reception room, also with a coffered ceiling.

In addition there’s a wooden wet bar with an oceanview window, a formal dining room with beamed ceilings, a pool house and water feature.

Citing the Palm Beach Daily News, Mansion Global reports that prior to Mr Hilfiger’s January purchase, the property was last sold for $17.88 million in March 2021 to a company linked to high-end real estate agent Lawrence A. Moens.
