The Agency has announced its expansion into the NSW Central West, with highly regarded local agent Monica Henley and business development manager Justine Campbell at the helm of the new operation.
The Central West, with a focus on Dubbo, Orange, Bathurst and Mudgee, is home to many of Australia’s best-known growers and producers, along with a thriving mining industry.
Investment is high in this resource-rich region, with agriculture and mining significant drivers of the growth, but with increasing diversity into the health, education and manufacturing sectors.
This naturally beautiful region is also an extremely popular tourism destination with a vast number of wineries and speciality producers attracting visitors from far and wide.

Home to more than 200,000 people and supporting close to 75,000 jobs, the local Central West property market remains strong, The Agency noted, and is also being further bolstered by an ever-increasing demand from Sydney buyers who desire a rural getaway or a ‘tree change’.
Throughout the Covid-19 pandemic there has been a growing trend towards regional living and The Agency said the Central West of NSW was an attractive proposition particularly given its stable economic output of $25.209 billion annually.
“Monica Henley and I are both from the Central West and we are very excited to be building a team of like-minded agents in this region,” Ms Campbell explained.

With close to 50 years of real estate and business experience between them, Ms Henley and Ms Campbell possess detailed knowledge of the area’s history, community and market cycles.
With Ms Henley focusing on regional Dubbo and Ms Campbell working across Dubbo, Bathurst, Orange and Mudgee, The Agency’s Head of Sales Thomas McGlynn noted they are agents who are passionate about delivering the highest level of service to their clients and exceeding their sales expectations.
