The Gold Coast property market looks as though it will be painted yellow in the final weeks of January with five of Ray Whiteโs most prominent businesses conducting around 200 auctions in a nine-day period.
The auction season kicks off this weekend with the Ray White Gold Coast South Network holding 38 auctions on 22 January at Twin Towns in Tweed Heads.
On Saturday 28 January, Ray White Robina, Broadbeach and Mermaid Beach are coming together to host 23 auctions at the Sofitel, and Sunday 29 January is the Ray White Surfers Paradise Groupโs mammoth auction day at the Gold Coast Turf Club, The Event, which will see more than 130 properties available for buyers to secure on the day.
Tuesday, 31 January rounds out the week and sees Ray White Runaway Bay take 17 properties to auction.
Ray White Queensland Chief Executive, Tony Warland said the objective of all the auction initiatives was to deliver maximum exposure and to obtain premium prices for the propertyโs owners.
โThis super sales week has come about because our Gold Coast businesses recognise that January is the busiest time for real estate on the Gold Coast. This auction activity creates a real buzz – it drives greater interest from buyers, delivers a higher level of promotion and ultimately, the best results possible.
โThese initiatives are so well known and respected that they attract some of the best properties on the Coast. Home-owners know that if they want to sell, itโs the best time and method to do so,โ Mr Warland explained.
Encouraging Gold Coast buyers to get involved in the group auctions, Mr Warland said there are properties to suit all buyer types and budgets.
โWith literally hundreds of properties to choose from in the coming week, whether youโre a local buyer, or an investor, first home buyer or a downsizer, these auction occasions are designed to match people with the right property.โ
