Joining Mr Dearlove in the new Stone Beecroft franchise are the rest of his team: Alastair Kivell, James Ramsey, fluent Mandarin and Cantonese speaker Jeff Luo and Chloe Jurd.
Mr Dearloveโs wife Rebecca also brings extensive project marketing experience from her previous role as CBREโs residential projects marketing manager.
Mr Dearlove says his decision to join the Stone team was driven by the newcomerโs progressive approach in all areas, from the way Stone displays properties to the companyโs unique one-client database that streamlines dealings for both agents and their clients.
โStone is a very good-looking and engaging brand, and presents homes beautifully,โ Mr Dearlove says.
โThere is also a lot of positive synergy to my move as a lot of the people here are also high-performing agents.
โI can see too that this is the perfect time to join Stone as it is on the ground floor of what the company can and will become.โ
Mr Dearlove adds that his move to Stone will allow him to bring on even more talented agents and grow far more extensively than if he had stayed with a more traditional real estate agency brand.
โWe are looking at a five-year growth plan to expand considerably into surrounding suburbs,โ Mr Dearlove says.
โThis region of Sydney is growing so quickly in popularity that it is the ideal time to branch out to do our own thing.โ
The Stone Beecroft franchise is to open its own office late September in the large, new Beecroft Place Market development on the corner of Beecroft Rd and Hannah St.
โWe wanted to have the physical office more embedded in the community as thatโs what this region is all about โ community and family,โ Mr Dearlove says.
Stone Real Estate franchise manager Luke Cameron said, โWeโve held Kevin in high regard for a long time โ for over a decade heโs been a proven performer in one of Sydneyโs most competitive markets where he is enormously respected by the community.”
