Sam Thompson has joined Ray White Northern Beaches, based at the group’s Mona Vale office.

The local resident will continue to focus exclusively on his core markets of Bayview, Church Point, and the surrounding Pittwater enclave.

Known across the Peninsula for his transparency, empathy, and negotiation skills, Sam has built his reputation on tailored marketing campaigns designed for each individual property, rather than a standard approach across all listings.

Sam said the move gives his clients an edge in what he describes as a distinct market.

“Joining Ray White Northern Beaches gives my clients the ultimate competitive advantage,” he said.

“Bayview and Church Point are incredibly unique markets with a strong sense of community and a distinct lifestyle appeal that requires a highly customised approach to real estate.”

He said pairing his local knowledge with Ray White’s network and technology would expose properties to a wider pool of buyers.

“My focus remains entirely on delivering transparent, professional guidance and securing the absolute best results for our local sellers from start to finish,” Sam said.

Ray White Northern Beaches director David Walker said Sam’s arrival reflects the office’s continued growth across the Peninsula.

“Sam is exactly the calibre of agent we want on our team as we keep building out our footprint across the Beaches,” David said.

“He’s got the track record and he shares our approach to how we operate and support each other, that combination is what makes him such a strong fit.”

Ray White Northern Beaches managing director Charles Caravousanos said the appointment gives Bayview and Church Point sellers access to a level of service that wasn’t available to them before.

“When a specialist agent is backed by our network and technology, sellers get the best of both worlds, someone who knows their street and the reach to find the right buyer for it,” Charles said.
