Decorated Gold Coast agents Sam Guo and Julia Kuo have joined leading Gold Coast agency Kollosche in a move that further solidifies the brand’s prestige powerhouse status.
With career sales totaling more than $1 billion, Sam and Julia have earned widespread recognition as elite performers in their field on the Gold Coast and in Queensland.
Sam and Julia are among the most successful teams to have come out of Ray White.
The formidable pair begin their new post under the Kollosche banner from 1 May.

The move follows a stellar first quarter for Sam and Julia who billed more than $30 million in sales in the three months to March.

The star recruits bolster Kollosche’s team to more than 70-strong, with agents and support staff now serving clients across the Gold Coast and Northern NSW.
Last month Kollosche announced its expansion into the NSW Tweed Coast market and the luxury property agency now has an experienced team based in and around Byron Bay.
New additions have also been announced to the agency’s Commercial arm, which is led by high performers Tony and Adam Grbcic, and on the New Projects team which is landing big runs on the board having sold out ‘White Main Beach’ within four months.
