REMAX Australia hosted its annual Diamond Event in Brisbane on 22 April, bringing together more than 40 of the network’s highest-performing agents for a day of professional development.

The invitation-only event at The Calile Hotel was reserved for agents who achieved Diamond-level status – the network’s million-dollar-plus commission tier – at this year’s annual awards.

The speaker program featured Brisbane agent Cayle Blaxland in a Q&A session with REMAX Australia Managing Director Joel Davoren, discussing the strategies behind his rise as one of the city’s top performers.

Elite Agent co-founder and managing editor Samantha McLean presented a session on generative AI and its applications for real estate professionals.

Behavioural profiling specialist Natalie Waters rounded out the program with a session on performance and resilience, drawing on her background in law enforcement and international government roles.

“We curate these sessions intentionally to deliver meaningful and insightful sessions with highly engaging speakers across a range of topics,” Joel said.

“It’s also a fantastic opportunity for our network to reconnect and share insights with high-performing peers from across the country.”

The Diamond Event has become a regular fixture in the REMAX Australia calendar, offering the network’s top tier exclusive access to professional development beyond standard training programs.
