RE/MAX Territory moves into Labrador

Hot on the heels of its June expansion, RE/MAX Territory will finishes 2017 with the addition of eight new sales agents and a new premises in Labrador.

โ€œOur greater Gold Coast team will be spread across the offices at Labrador and Oxenford, servicing real estate needs in those suburbs, Monterey Keys and right across the city,โ€ he said.

Broker-owners Rob and Andrew Campbell joined RE/MAX in 2014 when they purchased the successful RE/MAX Territory office at Shailer Park on Brisbaneโ€™s Southside. In a strategic expansion move earlier this year, they acquired and rebranded two successful real estate offices in Monterey Keys and Oxenford.

โ€œRebranding was a very good experience,โ€ said Rob Campbell, โ€œbecause it allowed us to bring on the existing strong teams of locally experienced people.โ€

With more than 25 sales people across RE/MAX Territory, plus property managers and support staff, he said customers were the beneficiaries of the power and experience generated through the three offices and three teams.

Mr Logan said relocating the Monterey Keys team to Labrador made good business sense.

โ€œIt is a very well-located office. With our Shailer Park office, we are in the prime Northern Gold Coast โ€“ Brisbane Southside growth corridor. Add Oxenford and Labrador, and we have an exceptionally strong RE/MAX presence across the whole Gold Coast,โ€ he said.
