After the successful transition of WA offices into its national network, RE/MAX Australia this month announced the appointment of experienced real estate professional Donna Goddard to the corporate team.
Ms Goddard is Perth-based in the role of Business Growth Manager, WA.
She has longevity in the Australian real estate landscape with around 12 years as an advertising director with News Limited and state manager with realestate.com.au before taking up the role of business manager with RE/MAX WA in 2013.
“I’m excited to be part of the RE/MAX Australia team and grow the real estate network in this state,” Ms Goddard said.
“We are building the RE/MAX reputation and the success of RE/MAX real estate franchises in WA with tools, resources, support and a tech platform that is truly mind-blowing now that offices in this state are formally part of the Australian network.
“This also gives RE/MAX professionals and their clients in WA a much closer relationship with the global RE/MAX network, which has a presence in more than 110 countries and territories, and this creates opportunities and created competitive advantages.”
RE/MAX Australia Managing Director Joel Davoren said once the acquisition of the region was finalised in April, the initial focus was on integrating the existing offices.
“This was a great success as RE/MAX Australia was welcomed and embraced,” he said.
“We identified Donna as the person to take us into the next phase, which is growing the region while continuing to support business growth of individual offices.
“We were conscious that we were taking bold positive action in the midst of an unsettled time, but such was our confidence in the WA real estate sector.”
